The new United Nations Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Tomás OJEA QUINTANA, will visit for the first time the Republic of Korea from 16 to 22 November, and Japan from 23 to 26 November 2016.
